Breakdance Dash by Leyanor Breakdance Dash by Leyanor
Yeah, I'm in a submitting mood :XD:

Have some Dash

I searched for breakdance ponies the other day and didn't find any picture (One figurine though ^^). So I thought a picture has to be done to.
Theres a pony of everything, and that includes dances :D

I first wanted to take another dance, but I had to find out that ponies are hardly capable of doing any dance humans can do, due to their lack of feet and hands.
Anyhow, I'm okay with breakdance :p even though I'm a melbourne shuffler :D

I just typed in "Ghetto Blaster" for a reference and took the best looking one on first page. I don't think much of Blasters anyway... By far not enough power for my taste. I'm used to Soundsystems in clubs.

No I never heard them live. But neither do I think that they can keep up with a full stereo Setup with subwoofers as big as your desk ;)

Uhm... Yeah. You obviously don't know anything about ghettoblasters. :3

Most of them have at least 4 speakers: Two tweeters and two woofers. The GF-777 even has 6 of them, and a amplifier for every one of them. And most clubs blow their tweeters quite quickly because of abuse. If you can: Ask a club owner if you may listen to their speakers at a low volume (50 dB is about how loud a human talks in a normal conversation.) You'll hear the lack of high notes.

Also: Quality is subjective. You seem like a bass junkie (If I'm wrong, correct me), while I'd like to keep the bass somewhat down to prevent the treble and the mid-tones from drowning in it.

It's not about big they are: It's how you use it ;P

Yes I don't know much about Blasters.

One tweeter alone won't create full sound, neither will one woofer alone. Both together are one full source of sound. That's why I put it that way.

What I wanted to say by this is that the source is one spot in a room.
A full soundsystem has way more than one source and that improves the quality hugely. Only be having the sound coming from more than one direction.

A human talks at 50-60 dBA yes. The speakers will only have a lack of high notes if you set that up. They have a little cut of say - 3 dB at around 4000 Hz, because these are the frequencies that a human ear is the most sensible to. If you find the lack of these hights disturbing then you never heard the word "Mixer".

I'm not a bass junkie, I keep all frequencies at about the same level. A mastered track doesn't need a live remaster. It is already mastered to the best possible way.

Clubs only blow their tweeters if the let people to it who don't know how playing music at a club works. You kill the speakers by overdriving them. The distortion that comes from there is known as "clipping".

Sorry if that sounded harsh, I'm quite stressed atm, due to some damn issues on a site I'm a mod of...

No, it's okay. Sorry if I sounded harsh. I don't meant to be harsh either.
